What You Get
A likely price range, the numbers that drive it and a plain talk about timing. The call carries no obligation and nothing about your company is shown to a buyer without your approval.
Who Calls You
A broker from our brokerage partner phones you, usually within a business day. You can ask about fees, how a sale works and what the process looks like before you decide anything. You are free to say no at any point, and nothing is shared with a buyer.
What Helps on the Call
- Yearly sales and profit for the last two or three years
- What you take out of the business in pay and perks
- The lease terms, if you rent your space
- Your top five customers as a share of sales
You do not need to gather any of this before you ask. A broker will tell you what is missing.
